John was incredibly knowledgeable and cared what out experience was going to be like. There are all these once lovely hotels, that are desperate for TLC and this one is trying. The beds were great, the blue polka dot bedding was fun, and the aged carpet was replaced with easy to clean vinyl laminate. There was a pool, they were generous with towels, and our room was clean. Also to note, the Mexican restaurant that shared the lot was DELICIOUS!
We had a great stay at this hotel on a Sunday night passing through Bellevue. Reservations were easy to make online and service was kind and let us check in early. Our room was clean and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The hot tub was out of order during our stay but the pool was warm and relaxing.
I didn't have high expectations coming here, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room is clean and smells nice. The bed is clean and soft. The heat and air worked great and the hot water runs plentiful. I was also surprised to find a coffee pot, microwave, and a pretty big mini fridge in the room. The room is quite large as well. Check in was a breeze and so far the staff has been very friendly. I'd highly recommend this place because you'll get the same, if not better amenities here than you would at a higher cost hotel.
Decent rooms with king bed. Breakfast is just cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt and some Danish. No eggs bacon or sausage, pancakes.... but it is next to a good Mexican restaurant.. great Margaritas. Somebody isn't always at the front desk.
Amazing customer service so late at night I smelted like a baby the bed was a 10 out of 10 so comfy and clean and that shower was great nice n hot the coffee was amazing and dark just how I like it with my favorite creamer
It may look a little outdated, but the rooms are clean are in good condition. Beds are comfortable, microwave and fridges are available. If you’re in town to watch trains, the hotel is only three minutes away from the park, which doesn’t have any bathrooms btw so you have quick access to one if you stay here.
If you are traveling through the town of bellvue or if you are a rail fan, this is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and updated and staff is extremely friendly. It is near all of the downtown shops, restaurants and the rail park. Prices are very good for the size of the rooms. Bag breakfast is avaliable and the pool is also open for use.
There was a little confusion when checking in but they made accommodations for us. Had to switch from non smoking to smoking. Pet friendly is plus, glad they could get us room.
